Do I need a driver’s license to use a Jetcar?
You must have a valid Government Issued Photo I.D. but it does not need to be a Driver’s License.
How old do I have to be to rent a Jetcar? You must be 18 years or older to rent and operate a JETCAR. The minimum age to be a passenger is TWO years old.
What do I need to do after booking online?
Keep an eye out for your confirmation email, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions. ensure you arrive on time with the necessary documentation. We sincerely appreciate your business!
What do I need to bring to my reservation?
A valid Government Issued photo identification that shows your age, a credit or debit card under the same name, and a Temporary Florida Boater Safety Certificate (applicable for anyone born on or after January 1, 1988).
It will be my first time riding a JETCAR, is it easy?
Riding a JETCAR can be straightforward! The experience varies, but most find it user-friendly. The team typically provides guidance and instructions before you start. Familiarize yourself with the controls and ask any questions you might have to ensure a smooth ride.
What if I have a problem or need help?
Our ride zone is always monitored by our staff on their own jet ski to help and assist with any issues or questions. Our tour guides all carry waterproof phones and a safety box on every tour, and are never more than a whistle away at all times.
Do we have to wear life jackets?
No. However, we do offer complimentary life jackets with rentals in various sizes, ranging from infant to XXL. Life jackets are mandatory at all times for children under 18.
